Shipping & Delivery Policy

OtoCouture provides seamless delivery on all orders without any additional delivery charges.

Order Processing and Dispatch:

• Orders are processed within 24-72 hours of receiving them.
• Dispatch occurs within 7-10 working days of order processing.

Delivery Timeline:

• Once dispatched, orders will be delivered within 2-3 working days, depending on the delivery provider and the destination location.

Return and Exchange Conditions: OtoCouture offers the option to return or exchange items purchased under the following conditions:

1. The item was damaged upon delivery.
2. The item quality was not as expected. (Photos/Videos of the products may be requested.)
3. The item is the wrong size or does not match the size chart.
4. An incorrect item was delivered.

Returns and exchanges are valid up to 5 working days from the date of delivery.

We ask that you do not use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product, but please take adequate measures to maintain its condition.
